Landbot Pricing Plans and Real Costs With AI Chats From EUR 32

Landbot pricing starts free, then Starter is EUR 40 a month (EUR 32 billed yearly) and Professional is EUR 100 a month (EUR 80 yearly). Prices are in euros as listed on landbot.io/pricing, checked in October 2026. The detail that moves the bill is the AI chat allowance: Starter includes only 100 AI chats and Professional 300, and each extra AI chat costs EUR 0.10.

The Free plan needs no card and includes a WhatsApp test number. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial without a card, and you drop to Free when it ends. Annual billing saves 20% and is a 12-month commitment. Landbot branding is removed on Professional and above, not on Starter.
Extra chats, AI chats, seats and add-ons
Past the included amount, a regular chat is EUR 0.05 and an AI chat EUR 0.10. Chats can also be bought in packs of 500 for EUR 25. Extra seats are EUR 25 a month each, and WhatsApp on Professional is a EUR 100 a month add-on.
Because AI chats are a subset of the total, a bot that answers most visitors with AI uses the small AI bucket first. That is the line to model before you commit.

How Landbot counts chats
A chat on Landbot is one conversation session, and an AI chat is a conversation in which the AI agent takes part. That matters because the two numbers are separate on the pricing page: Starter lists 500 chats and 100 AI chats, Professional 2,500 and 300. A site with a flow for lead capture and an AI agent for questions burns both buckets, and the AI one runs out first.
When either bucket is empty you pay per extra chat or buy a 500-chat pack. Landbot's page does not say that the bot stops, but a budget with no overage line is a budget that surprises you. Check your last month of transcripts, split them into flow-only and AI-assisted, and price those two counts against the table above.
Where Landbot is the cheaper choice
Landbot wins when volume is low, when the bot is mostly a guided form, or when you want to test a design on the free plan. A 100-chat month at EUR 0 beats any paid plan, and a flow that never touches AI never meets the EUR 0.10 line. It also wins on WhatsApp flow logic and branching, which a content-trained agent does not try to do.
It loses ground as AI answers take over. Past about 300 AI chats a month the metered line starts to rival the plan price itself, and a third or fourth seat adds EUR 25 each. At that point a plan that treats the AI conversation as the thing you buy is simpler to forecast.
How to check your own number in ten minutes
Open last month's Landbot report and note three figures: total chats, how many involved the AI agent, and how many seats log in weekly. Price the plan that fits the total, add EUR 0.10 for every AI chat over the included count, and add EUR 25 for each seat above the plan. Then put the AI-assisted count next to the InChat allowances of 500, 2,000 and unlimited. If your AI count is above 300 or your team is above 3, the flat plan is usually the lower total.
Is the Landbot free plan enough?
For a small site testing a flow, yes. It gives 100 chats a month and one seat, with no AI chats. Once you want an AI agent answering real questions, you need Starter or higher, and the 100-AI-chat allowance fills up fast on any page with traffic.
Landbot or a flat AI chatbot plan?
Pick by the job. A designed funnel with conditional questions, a quiz or a WhatsApp campaign belongs on a flow builder. Open questions about pricing, setup, shipping or policies are cheaper and better answered by an agent trained on your pages, with a person one click away.
