Zoho SalesIQ Pricing Plans and Answer Bot AI Cost per Operator
October 05, 2026
Zoho SalesIQ pricing is per operator: Basic is $10 a month, Professional $17 and Enterprise $25 on monthly billing, or $7, $12.75 and $20 a month billed yearly. A free plan covers 3 operators and 100 operator chat sessions a month. The catch for anyone buying it for AI is that Answer Bot, the generative AI agent that learns your website and answers visitors, is only on Enterprise, so an AI chatbot on SalesIQ starts at $20 to $25 per operator a month.
Below are the plans in US dollars, what each one includes, the add-ons that show up on real invoices, and monthly totals for four team sizes. Prices come from zoho.com/salesiq/pricing and Zoho's own US price list, checked in October 2026. Local sales tax is charged on top.

Zoho SalesIQ pricing plans compared
| Plan | Monthly billing (per operator) | Yearly billing (per operator, per month) | Visitors tracked a month | Chatbots and bot sessions | Generative AI Answer Bot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 10,000 | None, 100 operator chat sessions a month, 3 operators | No |
| Basic | $10 | $7 | 50,000 | 1 chatbot, 25,000 bot sessions, 1,000 operator sessions | No |
| Professional | $17 | $12.75 | 100,000 | 5 chatbots, 50,000 bot sessions, unlimited operator sessions | No |
| Enterprise | $25 | $20 | 200,000 | 10 chatbots, 200,000 bot sessions, unlimited operator sessions | Yes |
Every paid plan starts with a 15-day trial without a credit card, and yearly billing works out to a little over two months free. Prices are per operator license, so a team of six pays six times the plan price.
How much does Zoho SalesIQ cost per month?
Zoho SalesIQ costs $10 to $25 per operator a month on monthly billing, or $7 to $20 billed yearly. A 3-person team on Professional pays $51 a month ($38.25 yearly). The same team on Enterprise, the only plan with the generative AI Answer Bot, pays $75 a month or $60 a month billed yearly, before any add-ons.
Basic and Professional do include chatbots, but those are codeless or programmable bots you build with a flow editor: buttons, forms, routing and scripted answers. They are useful for collecting a lead's details, but they do not read your website and answer open questions in their own words. That is what Answer Bot and the hybrid bots on Enterprise do.
Is Zia AI included in Zoho SalesIQ?
Partly. Some built-in Zia features, such as chat summaries, a writing assistant for operators and AI-powered routing rules, are available below Enterprise, but Answer Bot, hybrid AI chatbots, AI self-help and training a bot on your website URLs are Enterprise features. Answer Bot runs on built-in Zia or on your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek.
If you connect your own AI key, the model usage is billed by that vendor on top of the SalesIQ plan, so the AI line on your invoice depends on traffic and on which model you pick. Built-in Zia avoids that second bill but gives you less choice of model. Either way, the per-operator Enterprise license is the entry ticket.
Zoho SalesIQ add-ons and what they cost
| Add-on | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Extra brand (a second website or business) | $20 | $16 |
| Extra chatbot | $10 | $8 |
| 5,000 extra bot chat sessions | $10 | $8 |
| Visitor tracking, 100,000 more visitors | $100 | $90 |
| Visitor tracking, 500,000 more visitors | $350 | $315 |
| Visitor tracking, 1 million more visitors | $500 | $450 |
Visitor tracking is the add-on that surprises people. SalesIQ tracks and scores every visitor, not only the ones who chat, so a site with 300,000 monthly visitors outgrows even Enterprise's 200,000 allowance and needs a tracking pack. The brand add-on matters for agencies and companies with more than one website.
What Zoho SalesIQ costs for four real teams
| Team | Zoho SalesIQ Enterprise with Answer Bot | InChat |
|---|---|---|
| Solo founder, 1 operator | $25 a month, or $20 billed yearly | Starter $49, or $24 billed yearly, 500 AI conversations |
| Small store, 3 operators | 3 x $25 = $75, or $60 billed yearly | Starter $49, or $24 billed yearly, 3 team members included |
| SaaS support, 8 operators | 8 x $25 = $200, or $160 billed yearly | Plus $149, or $74 billed yearly, 2,000 AI conversations, 10 team members |
| Contact team, 20 operators, two brands | 20 x $25 + $20 = $520, or $416 billed yearly | Pro $499, or $249 billed yearly, unlimited conversations and team members |
For one person on yearly billing, SalesIQ Enterprise at $20 is cheaper than InChat Starter at $24, and it comes with visitor tracking that InChat does not try to match. From three operators up, the per-operator license makes SalesIQ the more expensive way to put an AI agent on your site, and the gap widens with every hire. These totals leave out any AI vendor usage if you bring your own key.
Is Zoho SalesIQ worth it?
Zoho SalesIQ is worth it if you already run Zoho CRM and your chat is mainly a sales tool: it shows who is on the site, scores leads, enriches company data on Enterprise and pushes everything into Zoho without a connector. The per-operator price is low for human live chat, and the mobile SDK and in-chat calls are solid.
It is a weaker fit if what you want is an AI agent answering support and pre-sales questions from your own pages. You pay the Enterprise rate for every operator to unlock Answer Bot, and most of the Enterprise feature list is visitor intelligence you may never open. If your CRM is something else, you will also want to connect chat leads to whatever CRM you use rather than rely on the native Zoho sync.
A flat-price alternative for AI website chat
InChat is built for the second case. Paste your website URL, the agent reads your pages, help articles and PDFs, and it answers visitors with a link to the source. Questions that need a person, such as billing, refunds or a custom quote, go to your team in a shared inbox with the transcript. Plans are priced per team, not per operator: Starter is $24 a month billed yearly for 500 AI conversations and 3 team members, Plus is $74 for 2,000 conversations and 10 members, and Pro is $249 for unlimited. The AI is included on every plan; see InChat pricing for the full list.
If you are comparing several chat tools before you buy, the same math for other vendors is on our Freshchat alternative page, where AI is billed per session, and in the LiveChat pricing breakdown, where the AI agent is a second per-user subscription.
Zoho SalesIQ pricing, common questions
Does Zoho SalesIQ have a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers 3 operators, 10,000 tracked visitors and 100 operator chat sessions a month, with canned replies, file sharing, the mobile SDK and daily reports. It has no chatbots and no AI agent, so it suits a very small team that only wants human live chat.
Is Zoho SalesIQ priced per user?
Yes. Paid plans are priced per operator license: $10, $17 or $25 a month on monthly billing, or $7, $12.75 or $20 billed yearly. Every person who answers chats needs a license, and Enterprise, the plan with Answer Bot, applies its rate to every operator on the account.
Which Zoho SalesIQ plan has an AI chatbot?
Enterprise is the plan with Answer Bot, the generative AI agent that answers from your resource library and can be trained on your website URLs. Basic and Professional include codeless and programmable chatbots built with a flow editor, which follow scripts rather than writing answers from your content.
Is Zoho SalesIQ included in Zoho One?
Yes, SalesIQ is one of the apps in the Zoho One bundle, which is priced per employee or per user across the whole Zoho suite. That route makes sense for a company moving most of its software to Zoho; for a team that only needs website chat, a standalone chat plan costs far less.
What happens when my Zoho SalesIQ trial ends?
When the 15-day trial ends without a purchase, the account drops to the free plan, so chat keeps working for up to 3 operators and 100 operator chat sessions a month. Chatbots, Answer Bot and the higher visitor tracking limits stop until you choose a paid plan.
